Employee Psychological Promotion of the Chinese Psychological Society (CPS)

The Working Committee on Employee Psychological Promotion, established in 2014, operates under the guidance of its inaugural director, principal investigator Yang Yufang from the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The committee comprises 45 members, including EAP academic experts, service providers, client organizations, and industry personnel, advancing the field of employee mental health promotion.

The committee enhances the standardization of professionals in the EAP industry, fostering the development of China’s EAP sector while adhering to internationalization, specialization, marketization, and standardization. The committee aims to utilize its academic foundation to enhance industry services and unite various stakeholders for collective progress. It unites government agencies, corporate clients, EAP service providers, industry personnel, and experts to collectively propel the development of EAP in China.

Key Initiatives of Working Committee on Employee Psychological Promotion include:

2. Organize lectures to promote the professional competence of EAP practitioners, ensuring adherence to the EAP professional code of conduct for sustained competence.
3. Actively facilitate exchanges and collaboration within the EAP industry through events like the “China EAP Industry Summit,” “Local EAP Forum,” and “Industry EAP Forum.” These initiatives aim to foster the healthy development of EAP in China.
